The Mission Statement of the National Statistics Bureau (NSB) is “to assist and
encourage informed decision-making, research and discussion within government and
the community, by providing a high quality, user-oriented Statistical Service; to
actively co-ordinate the statistical activities across government agencies and promote
the use of statistical standards.”
